MS Excel:
The topics defined by the 4th module of the ECDL. It means:
modifying the application environment, making changes in workbooks and sheets, data inserting and editing, cells selecting, finding and replacing, data sorting,formulas, relative and absolute adressing, functions, formating cells (number/ date-time formats,content, alignment, borders), headers and footers, worksheet layout, working with sheets, diagrams and graphs, print layout
In addition these advance topics:
data processing (ranges, external data sources and importing, filtering, pivot tables)
Computer graphics, MS Powerpoint and presentations:
Bitmaps, vector graphics, MS Powerpoint (The topics defined by the 6th module of the ECDL), using audio and video files in presentations, publishing MS Office documents to WWW
