Aims of the course:The simulation with form of entrepreneurial game MARKSTRAT is an instrument, where the learning process proceeds in competitive environment of a choice market. The objective of the simulation is to train the decision-making process in the terms of strategic marketing company and its active in the market´s environment. Training realizes with the support the simulations tutorial program MARKSTRAT.
Learning outcomes and competences:Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
manage and make marketing oriented operation under realistic market conditions; solid application of theoretical knowledge strategic marketing of the marketing management company; select an appropriate marketing-mix model,
improvement of the team-work.

Course contents:Setting-up the marketing strategy of company, strategy of the positioning, carrying out the analysis of market, collaboration with the department for research and devolopment, proposal a new products and their market introduction, collaboration with department of production, transaction financial analysis, decision making about sizes and priorities of selling force of company, analysis of marketing studies.
Processing of a final brief and its presentation.
