| Aims of the course: | The simulation with form of entrepreneurial game MARKSTRAT is an instrument, where the learning process proceeds in competitive environment of a choice market. The objective of the simulation is to train the decision-making process in the terms of strategic marketing company and its active in the market´s environment. Training realizes with the support the simulations tutorial program MARKSTRAT. |
| Learning outcomes and competences: | Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
manage and make marketing oriented operation under realistic market conditions; solid application of theoretical knowledge strategic marketing of the marketing management company; select an appropriate marketing-mix model,
improvement of the team-work.

| Course contents: | Setting-up the marketing strategy of company, strategy of the positioning, carrying out the analysis of market, collaboration with the department for research and devolopment, proposal a new products and their market introduction, collaboration with department of production, transaction financial analysis, decision making about sizes and priorities of selling force of company, analysis of marketing studies.
